Edible Cookbook

Something new in the world of books....your very own edible cookbook. Sheets of embossed pasta make a delicious (and fun) lasagna. This would make a great dinner idea for your next book club get-together.

And speaking of cookbooks, Ms. Elizabeth Gilbert has just released her first. Originally published by her great grandmother, Margaret Yardley Potter in 1947, Gilbert has lovingly brought At Home on the Range to our attention today. The book features recipes filled with farm fresh ingredients with some ethnic twists. You can find out more information about this book here.

It's no wonder that author, Frances Mayes, would also publish her very own cookbook. If you're a fan of Under the Tuscan Sun or any of her books, you know that her love of food (and a few recipes) have made their way into her stories from the beginning. Her book, The Tuscan Sun Cookbook, can be found here.

Bon Appetit!
